* When the storage temperature of the material differs from the environmental temperature by 15\u00b0 or more, the material needs to be thawed.<\/p>\n
1. Do not open the container before the adhesive reaches 25\u00b0C. Any moisture condensation the container during defrosting should be removed before opening.<\/p>\n

2. Substrates with a low surface energy (e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon) need to be pre- treated physically (e.g. atmospheric plasma or corona) in order<\/p>\n

Distribution et polym\u00e9risation<\/p>\n

Dans le cas d'un dosage automatique avec une cartouche, l'adh\u00e9sif est achemin\u00e9 par pression et une tige de piston vers une valve de dosage. Pour les flacons, l'adh\u00e9sif est achemin\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'une pompe.<\/p>\n
2. Une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de vannes est disponible pour s'ajuster \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision et \u00e0 la vitesse de distribution souhait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
3. Apr\u00e8s application, il est recommand\u00e9 d'unir les deux substrats imm\u00e9diatement, car il est possible que le processus de durcissement commence avec certains produits dans des conditions ambiantes.<\/p>\n
4. La performance de durcissement r\u00e9elle peut varier en fonction du r\u00e9glage de la lampe UV de l'\u00e9quipement de durcissement, de la taille et de la forme des pi\u00e8ces, de la charge des \u00e9chantillons, des conditions ambiantes, etc.<\/p>\n
